Set up is 9:00AM and breakdown is no earlier than 4:45PM.
We encourage all artisans to
demonstrate their trade.
All exhibits must be environmentally friendly in some way and in keeping with the green theme. This means all displays must be created to include, in part or in whole, recycled, salvaged, organic, natural, energy-efficient and all otherwise environmentally responsible materials.
Proper signage or other explaining how each item is environmentally friendly in part or whole is required.
Those wishing to hold a workshop and will be charging a fee must have a sign-in sheet for all participating individuals. For those holding free workshops/presentations, there is no fee. There is no fee for holding workshops for children.
A venue Map and a list of all participating exhibitors will be available via email on the day before ECO-Fair.
Fees are due with return of application in order to receive your space assignment.
Check, Money Order or Cash is accepted, payable to Golden Arrow Eco Fair.
FREE space is available to fundraisers, free workshops, free presentations and to all merchants who will not be obtaining an immediate profit.
